A Muslim who lived in the same apartment building as Nathan Kobrin was charged with making terroristic threats and interfering with Kobrin's civil rights. However, Kobrin admitted that he ignited the 2 fires on his patio, wrote 6 hate letters to himself, and left 2 terroristic messages on his answering machine, said Concord police. Kobrin was convicted in June, 1992.
