A female student at UL-Lafayette claimed that two males, one wearing Trump clothing, assaulted her. She claims that they hit her over the head with a metal object, kicked her as she lay on ground, and then stole her purse/wallet.
Police investigated and she declined any medical aid or inspection of her wounds. After investigation the police concluded that she fabricated the story. They have not yet decided whether or not to charge her with filing a fake police report.
