It sounds like another example of a "Social Equity and Racial Justice Committee" talking about "our community's history of racism". Yes, Oregon does have a history of racism, but it's history. Ashland is hyper-liberal. So the refusal of the alleged victim of the threats to share them with the police is cause for scepticism.
